Kaia Spec designs the job.
You add a link or QR code.
Your customers use their own ChatGPT.
Depending on the job, you may not need a dedicated AI server, a new app, or a large new system.
A standard Kaia Spec project can be purchased as a one-time project, without an ongoing Kaia Spec subscription.
Routine maintenance can stay surprisingly simple too.
If your prices, opening hours, products, services, or other business information change, you normally update your official website as usual.
If you want ChatGPT to do a different job, add new capabilities, or change its rules, you can ask Kaia Spec to update the work manual.
What Could ChatGPT Do at Your Place?
If It Were a Cake Shop
A customer might ask:
“What cakes are seasonal right now?”
“I want to order a birthday cake.”
Or:
“I need a gift for about 15 people. My budget is ¥5,000. Can you choose some baked sweets for me?”
If the shop publishes its products, prices, gift boxes, wrapping options, and ordering rules, ChatGPT can use that official information to help the customer choose.
It can compare options, work within a budget, organize an order, and guide the customer toward the shop’s existing ordering method.
The cake shop does not need to become an AI company.
It can keep being a cake shop.
If It Were a Hotel
A guest might ask:
“What time is breakfast?”
“Can I leave my luggage here?”
“Where should I go for dinner nearby?”
Instead of searching through multiple pages, the guest can simply explain what they need.
ChatGPT can use the hotel’s official information to guide them — and when something needs a person, it can direct them to hotel staff.
If It Were an Event
A visitor might ask:
“Where is this event?”
“I want to see these three performances before 3 PM.”
“Which activities are good for children?”
ChatGPT can work with the event’s official schedule, map, rules, and other available information to help each visitor plan their own day.
And those are only examples.

Kaia Spec does not need to replace everything you already use.
If you already have an online shop, booking system, facility information, live data, or another useful system, it may be possible for that information to become part of the job.
Kaia Spec is not here to turn every business into a giant AI system.
We design how ChatGPT should work with the information and tools that make sense for the job.
Sometimes the simplest solution really is the best one.
